REDESIGN/MODIFICATION
 I²r has successfully completed multiple furnace power cable redesigns, upgrades and modifications. The modifications have added value to the customer’s operations. Our combined years of industry experience enables us to conduct site audits to discuss application specific improvements to the cable designs. Projects of all sizes and scopes are welcome, from increasing the coolant flow capacities of existing cables, to improved terminal designs, to help with selecting protective coverings, to air-cooled to water-cooled arc furnace cable conversions. We have the technical expertise to take on the Power Cable projects the O.E.M.S shy away from.  |
